Dumpster Diving

It might be a sign of hardship when former Republican legislators start dumpster diving, but a former state assemblyman in San Diego found a trove of documents purged from an ACORN office prior to an investigation by the Attorney General. Not only does it have a political impact for the embattled ACORN, but it also may result in legal action because sensitive personal information was among the discarded papers, personal information that should have been shredded if proper protocols were followed.ACORN
